Small haul during the holiday

Hi Ladies,

I hope everyone had an amazing holiday and bought alot of things for love ones, and of course yourself! Here are some purchases I made for myself during the holiday:

First, I finally got a vanity mirror from Conair. I've always been watching the prices for this and they are usually $80 and more. So when I saw this at Wal-Mart for only $39, I just grabbed it!

Second, I got a sleep mask at Winners. I like to sleep in just about everyday, and sometime I do get waken up my the sun. Let me tell you... it's very frustrating!!! Never again with this soft and silky mask.

Third, I got 2 books at Chapters. I found coupons online that gave me 30% off books. (I should of post the coupon, sorry! Next time.) I got Twenties Girl from Sophie Kinsella (Author of Shopaholics) and The Winner Stands Alone by Paulo Coelho (Author of The Alchemist). These are the 2 authors I've been loving. I must have almost read all of their books.

Fourth, I got the very must raved about Shu Uemura eyelash curler! I really must say, it really is the BEST eyelash curler. The other ones that I used all pinched the corner of my eyes. This one is the perfect shape and I can really curl my lashes at it's max. My eyelashes seems longer after using this curler! LOVE IT! A must have!!

Fifth, I went shopping on boxing day and RW&CO was having a 50% off sale price items ending with .95. So I took this opportunity to grab a few things for myself. I got the same top in different colors (Turquoise, pink and purple). It's very pretty on and I love the detail on the sleeves.

I was also very lucky to find a suit in my size on sale. Blazer, pants and skirt! It's a very dark grey, almost black with very thin white strips. I'll sure be needing it for interviews and work!

And you won't believe how much I paid for all 6 items... $126!!! Such a good deal! ^^

Now, I can't wait for Sunday... going on a 7 day CRUISE!

Finally graduating from University!

Hey Ladies,

I'm just sooooooo happy and I need to share with just about everyone! I'm finally getting my Bachelor degree! I'm graduating with a B.Comm, majoring in Human Resource Management. YOUPPY, but my convocation will be in May/June. That's ok! No more school, no more books, no more studying! No, that's not true. I'm planning to get a certificate called Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation in May 2011. But that's something else, for the meanwhile, I'm DONE! ^^

I haven't start looking for a job in my field yet and I guess, I'm still not in a rush. I'm still working at the airport at the checkin counters for now and my second job which is at the mall. I will take a month or so just to relax and start job hunting at the end of Jan.

In January, my boyfriend and I will be going on a 7 day cruise! YAY, I really can't wait. We'll be flying to Fort Lauderdale and leaving for the cruise there. We'll be passing by St. Maartin, St. Thomas, Grand Turk and other places. Then 2 weeks after we get back, we have a 3 day weekend getaway at Mont-Tremblant! My boyfriend was nominated for Employee of the Year at his work and the company is treating us to an all inclusive weekend, everything paid for!!!

Will post some pictures when I get back from those trips for sure! ^^

Priorities at the moment:

• Find a job in my field
• Get back in shape
• Get my CHRP designation

Recent Purchases

Hi Ladies!
I've made 2 purchases at Sephora a week or so ago I received an email giving me a $15 off on purchase of more than $40. So I took this opportunity to purchase 2 items there.

1. Too Faced Naked Eye soft & sexy eyeshadow collection
2. Kat Von D - High voltage eye primer

These eyeshadows are sooooo pretty! I love the fact that I can use them as a everyday naked eye look, which I personally love. It really brightens up the eyes and gives it a very nice shimmer to them. I can also use these eyeshadows to produce a night look with the darker shades. Absolutely adore it!

As for the Kat Von D high voltage eye primer, I still have my Too Faced Shadow Insurance but I find that the more I've been using it, and especially when I'm out for more than 8-10 hours, the eyeshadows still tends to smug around my eye crease! So when I was at Sephora, I told them about it and they recommended me the Kat Von D hight voltage eye primer! I still haven't had the chance to use it, but I will definitely post a review of it when I used it for a few times.

Once last purchase, not at Sephora though, this one is from Winners! I got this pretty... box, that I thought would be perfect to put make up brushes it! It was only $7.99.

Jewelry Sharing Time!

Hi Everyone!

I had time to make a few pieces of jewelry the other day and wanted to share it with you all! Hope you like them... please let me know what you think of them. They are all made from Swarovski crystals and pearls!
